March 2007 Completion of manufacturing process scale up for CytoFab™ and receipt of £10 million milestone payment from AstraZeneca

December 2006 Protherics’ raises £38 million to:
- acquire MacroMed Inc, a privately owned speciality drug development and manufacturing company based in the US for lead product OncoGel™ for the treatment of oesophageal and brain cancers
- in-license IP from Glenveigh Pharmaceuticals LLC for the use of DigiFab™ and GSK’s Digibind® in the treatment of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia
- in-license IP from Advanced In Vitro Cell Technologies for the use and co-development of acadesine in the treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL)

Acquisition of CoVaccine HT™ adjuvant from CoVaccine BV

December 2005 Major licensing deal signed with AstraZeneca for the development and commercialisation of CytoFab™. Protherics is entitled to receive £195 million in upfront and milestone payments, in addition to payments for product supply and a 20% royalty on net global sales

September 2004 Transfer of the Porton Down research facility and out-licensing of early stage research acquired with Enact Pharma to two UK start-up companies
